Ces rythmes prennent toute leur signification dans les sens de direction qui sont la fondation de l\u2019alignement. Au d\u00e9but seront utilis\u00e9s les mouvements externes des diff\u00e9rentes formes posturales. Mouvements qui peuvent \u00eatre verticaux, horizontaux, en spirale; mouvements d\u2019expansion, de r\u00e9duction, d\u2019\u00e9largissement, de contraction. On appliquera ceci aux diff\u00e9rentes parties du corps dans les diff\u00e9rentes postures. La mobilit\u00e9 deviendra action qui est l\u2019intelligence dans le mouvement d\u00e9ployant de sens de directions diff\u00e9rents, oppos\u00e9s, des parties \u00e9tant stables, d\u2019autres mobiles. Dans cette phase le corps devient l\u2019objet d\u2019une concentration dynamique qui prendra appui sur les diff\u00e9rentes parties du divisant le corps utilisant le mouvement et l\u2019action. Elle doit laisser maintenant la place \u00e0 l\u2019attention qui n\u2019est plus dans la focalisation mais dans une connection unifiante. On utilise l\u2019image d\u2019une huile qui se r\u00e9pand. La sensation y est pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante o\u00f9 l\u2019on observe la teneur du corps, sa texture dans le courant de la pose. Le lion de Pune est mort. Pourtant il n\u2019y avait pas de tristesse, mais une profonde nostalgie. La nostalgie de ce vent de libert\u00e9 qui soufflait et s\u2019incarnait dans sa pr\u00e9sence. Un auteur a dit que le silence qui suit Mozart c\u2019est encore du Mozart. Soudainement dans l\u2019absence de sa forme, sa pr\u00e9sence n\u2019en devenait que plus \u00e9vidente, radieuse dispersant les nuages des doutes pour laisser la place \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9merveillement et \u00e0 la gratitude. <br \/>Comment ne pas s\u2019\u00e9merveiller du jeu de la Conscience qui s\u2019incarne dans une histoire de l\u00e9gende et commence presque comme un conte. C\u2019est en effet l\u2019enfant ch\u00e9tif, maladif qui n\u2019a aucun futur, sans une grande \u00e9ducation que les dieux vont choisir pour que le yoga puisse \u00eatre de nouveau r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9, embraser l\u2019occident et regagner ses lettres de noblesse dans son pays d\u2019origine. <br \/>Que de formidables temp\u00eates, obstacles, oppositions, d\u00e9sapprobations humiliations a-t-il rencontr\u00e9 et surmont\u00e9. <br \/>Les pratiques yogiques avaient un pass\u00e9 sulfureux. Bien souvent interdites et clandestines, elles s\u2019adressaient aux renon\u00e7ant, ceux qui fuyaient le monde. Le yoga \u00e9tait assimil\u00e9 aux fakirs et autres vagabonds fous, bannis par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Quant aux pandits ils n\u2019\u00e9taient int\u00e9ress\u00e9s que par une approche philosophique, intellectuelle qui bien souvent les amenait \u00e0 la n\u00e9gation du monde et au d\u00e9ni du corps.<br \/>Quelle cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 pouvait donc avoir un homme mari\u00e9 qui pratiquait ce qui apparaissait comme des contorsions ?<br \/>La relation avec son guru Krishnamacarya fut tourment\u00e9e et emprunte de peur. Il ne resta que deux ann\u00e9es avec ce dernier qui ne lui enseigna presque rien, mais lui fit remarquer qu\u2019il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas fait pour cet art.<br \/>De cette terrible tension entre l\u2019absence de reconnaissance de son ma\u00eetre et le rejet de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 jaillissait une lumi\u00e8re qui allait \u00e9clairer le monde du yoga.<br \/>Quelle profonde solitude a-t-il d\u00fb conna\u00eetre lorsqu\u2019encore tr\u00e8s jeune sans aucune exp\u00e9rience et connaissance il se retrouva \u00e0 Pune pour enseigner. <br \/>Dans la tradition on parle de deux sortes de gurus. L\u2019un qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9 par les rites, les initiations, l\u2019accumulation de connaissances et qui les transmet. L\u2019autre est celui qui n\u2019est pas fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 (akalpitaguru) conventionnellement, mais qui est initi\u00e9 par les d\u00e9it\u00e9s de sa propre Conscience et r\u00e9sonne d\u2019une autorit\u00e9 spontan\u00e9e.<br \/>Voil\u00e0 ce qui caract\u00e9rise \u00e0 mon sens l\u2019enseignement de BKS.Iyengar. Cette perp\u00e9tuelle initiation \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame. Il disait la pratique \u00e9tait son mantra. Mantra qu\u2019il a d\u00e9clam\u00e9 majestueusement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de sa vie.
