Se n\u00e3o houver a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o destas coberturas opcionais, caso o locat\u00e1rio seja respons\u00e1vel por elas e n\u00e3o as pague ao locador, este n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 pretender hav\u00ea-las junto <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> seguradora, por aus\u00eancia de cobertura securit\u00e1ria.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">E qual deve ser o prazo de vig\u00eancia do seguro fian\u00e7a locat\u00edcia?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">O prazo da garantia de seguro fian\u00e7a \u00e9 igual ao prazo de vig\u00eancia do contrato de loca\u00e7\u00e3o, de modo que, havendo t\u00e9rmino antecipado da loca\u00e7\u00e3o, a seguradora deve restituir proporcionalmente o pr\u00eamio a quem fez o pagamento, exceto se a causa do t\u00e9rmino da loca\u00e7\u00e3o decorrer de fato tido como \u201c<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sinistro<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d, tal como definido na referida Circular.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">O que se entende como \u201csinistro\u201d? E em quais hip\u00f3teses haver\u00e1 sua caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Para efeitos legais, entende-se como sinistro: a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o do despejo;
